Responsibilities.
● Coordinating with clients and development of new strategy to fulfill client
need with requirement.
● Organizing and preparing for client meetings e.g. reviews and
recommendation pitches and ensuring follow up to delivering excellent client
service.
● Reporting to clients on daily, weekly and Monthly basis.
● Get approvals on offers for exclusive clients.
● Coordination with Collections department.
● Coordination with Accounts department.
● Revise W9, LOR and 204 forms.
● Entertain Refund requests.
● Trace missing checks.
● Get approvals for all DOS on exclusive clients.
● Provide documents to Axiom Professional on request for Subpoena’s.
● Work on MLM's Subpoena’s.
● Coordinate with billing team on new files we receive from clients.
● Provide hearing dispositions to clients.
● FedEx checks.
● Get approvals on Lien filing requests from collections.
● Coordinate with “Liening Edge” and Morning Ops regarding the hearing
cases for all the exclusive clients, missing cases, add on cases, hearing
calendars and also missing documents, etc.
● Entertain Subpoena enquiries, quires of collection department and liaise
with US office to make sure all critical matter will be dealt in timely manner.

Description :
· Discuss work related injuries with insurance companies assigned by
the employer.
· Negotiate medical provider’s bills & liens with Law offices.
· Negotiate with Defense Attorney’s, Paralegal’s, and Supervisor’s.
Managing Partner’s of the firm. (legal assistant’s) in United States
(CA)
· Collect bills ($) on behalf of medical providers. Negotiate with
Insurance companies employee’s called (Claim Examiner &
Supervisor’s for the organization)
· Managing client’s portfolio.
· Responsible for all Liening Edge .Pakistan operation which includes
client reporting, hearing calendars, faxing and verification of data.
· Conduct training program for new hired employees in the
department.
· Coordination with US Office.
· Responsible for meeting assignment and project deadlines.
· Responsible for developing job description and responsibilities
among verification, hearing and litigation department.
· Mapping performance management system to evaluate performance
of employees across levels bases on their key result area.
· Conduct training program among employees regarding litigation and
new laws in WCAB ( Work Compensation Appeals Board)
· Analyzing organization training needs with Training & Development
and employee engagement.
