2009-2010: CASHIER- KFC: My duties included bagging, boxing and wrapping of merchandise; completing and recording totals transactions; counting money at beginning of shifts to ensure correct amounts/adequate change; issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due for customers; receive payments by cash, credit cards or debits cards; requests for orders, keep periodic balance sheets of amounts and number of transactions.


9 MONTHS: RETAIL ASSOCIATE - EDGARS: My duties included the replenishing of a variety of stock items like clothing, shoes, cosmetics to ensure optimal availability levels throughout the store. Dealing with customer complains from minor to escalateable issues; periodically working on the tills to ensure efficient processing of customer payments and queries.


2011-2011.1: SALES REPRESENTATIVE - Perdm Real Promotions: My employer, Perdm Real Promotions, is a provider of outsourced sales and marketing services for businesses in various sectors.
My duties included the sale and promotion of Virgin Mobile products \[i.e starterpacks and airtime\] at introductory prices to private clients in the South African telecoms market, my focus was on acquiring clients with a view to subsequently rendering value -added services offered by Virgin Mobile.


VOLUNTER WORK
3 MONTHS: Childrens Church on Sunday Mornings.
Duties included tutoring and youngsters using Bible-based stories and teachings at Christian Faith Centre in Van Dyk Park.

4 MONTHS: Young Adults on Friday Evenings.
Duties include the establishment of a program for attracting and engaging the youth with fun activities and learning experiences.
