Responsible for developing project objectives and execution plan, assisting Project Manager with Project Management daily
tasks, including interaction with the Client’s designated representative as well as coordination of all internal activities
performed by the staff, issuing weekly and monthly progress reports to Client, reviewing project technical procedures and
coaching team in Subsea cost management.
Currently assigned as focal point for the Load Out of concrete sleepers, 110Km of line pipe, risers and spools and for full Precommissioning
of all the 10 lines, including dewatering and nitrogen purging of gas lift lines for the Dubai Petroleum “Jalilah B
Development & 2014 Pipelay Campaign Project”, a 150MUSD project for the Installation of a Wellhead Platform and the
Engineering, Procurement and Installation of 10 subsea pipelines and associated risers ranging from 6” to 24”. I have also
spent approximately 4 weeks on board DSV Seamec Princess as Field Engineer overseeing diving operations during risers and
spool installation, besides managing Pre‐Commissioning operations at Client’s platforms at SW Fateh and Fateh Fields, Dubai.
Responsible for providing Project Manager with accurate financial and schedule information, crucial for project decision
making, following‐up trends and highlighting any deviations from project objectives, and by seeking the optimum balance
between cost, quality and time requirements.
In charge of establishing Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), determining project Schedule by studying project plan and
specifications, calculating time requirements and sequencing project elements, maintaining project Schedule by monitoring
project progress, Progress ‘S’ Curve and Manpower Mobilization Charts, analyzing delays and setting up mitigation plans,
analyzing project productivity and preparing Cost Control Reporting for Management. Preparation of Budgeting and Cost
Control tools, Commitments control, Forecast estimation, Risk Analysis, Variation Orders, Suppliers payment, Vessel spread
cost control, Site Supervision cost control, etc.

Main responsibilities include updating and issuing documents list, preparing client’s monthly report, extracting progress measurements data, controlling deliverables issuance from disciplines weekly, etc
The project consisted in understanding and improving KPI calculations from all of the client’s difference areas of expertise and migrating them all to a specialized area the would be responsible for calculation the KPI´s and returning to the concerned area of expertise for analysis.
Main responsibilities include creation of KPIs calculation manuals for the KPI group and development of new KPIs to respond to Client’s needs.
