• Preparing design concepts and rendering presentations of new properties.

• Review and evaluates bid documents of contractors and review design proposals of specialty contractors.
• Manage and supervise construction works.
• Process building permits and other permits related to building construction.
• Coordinates with other consultants during design and construction process.
PREPARE PLANS AND BOQ FOR PROJECTS, SITE INSPECTION AND REPORTS TO THE PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT FOR THE PROGRESS OF THE PROJECT.
ABLE TO WORK WITH VARIOUS RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL AND INSTITUTIONAL PROJECT.
PASSED THE GOVERNMENT BOARD EXAMINATION AND ATTAIN 16TH PLACE AS PER REVIEW CENTER EVALUATION AND RANKING
