A. Secretarial Tasks:
▪ Follow up & assist executives with projects tasks.
▪ Attend meetings and keep minutes. Prepare necessary reports.
▪ Co-ordinate schedules, appointments, bookings.
▪ Manage and archive in and out correspondence.
B. Business Development Tasks:
▪ Secure investors by utilizing useful connections through the good knowledge in the Saudi Market.
▪ Follow up & maintain an excellent rapport with current investors.
A. CRM Tasks:
▪ SuperviseCRMdatarelatedtoPresales, Sales, Biddingand make sure it is accurate to be submitted in regular reports to the management.
B. Follow Up/ QA Tasks:
▪ Administrative functions & tasks follow up with the team members, including operations, presales & sales.
▪ Submit reports & presentations, identify various compliance issues to achieve QA Internally/Externally strategic planning & development.
C. Executive Assistance tasks:
▪ Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals, schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms and alert manager about cancelations or new meetings.
▪ Handle information requests. prepare correspondence and staff Emails.
- Co-ordinate schedules, appointments, bookings and company events.
- Prepare letters, translate between Arabic, English and Italian.
- Manage and archive in and out correspondence.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to departments and their Managers.
- Greet and receive visitors.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes. Prepare necessary reports.
- Supervise staff, manage their internal relations and complaints. Make sure procedures are implemented properly.
- Monitor and review internal processes, including company’s policies and recommend changes.
- Maintain company’s stamps, collaborate with facilities department to manage stationary.
- Tender Management (handling tender process starting from receiving RFP to closing envelopes).

- Translate between Arabic, English and Italian.
- Monthly reports for the Logistics Department.
- All other different tasks in the logistics department.
- Coordinate sales tasks starting from issuing the P.O for the manufacturer, ending with following delivery with the customer.
- Translation, Some HR tasks “Formal letters, Reservations, events management”.
