Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
• Advertise job vacancies on the business's jobs website, social media, and inside the
organization.
• Provide recruiting managers with shortlists of competent applicants.
• Prepare the contracts of employees and trainers.
• • Prepare personnel files and introduce workers and trainees to the system with their
basic information.
• Coordinate and prepare demo class with Quality Assurance Department.
• Work with the Quality Assurance Department to coordinate and schedule the
Trainers' demo class.
• Design and implement office policies.
• Organize office operations and effective administrative procedures.
• Supervise office staff.
• Superb oral and written communication skills both in English & Arabic.
• Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence.
• Cost & budget control and reconcile expense reports.
• Check and Maintaining Bank records & handle petty cash.
• Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue.
• Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations
HR Responsibilities
• Preparing notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions
• Schedule and organize interviews
• Recruit and select office staff
• Preparing different kinds of letters like Offers, Contracts, Terminations, Salary, Memo and Fax
• Preparing staff handbooks, orient and train employees
• Conduct social security number verification
• Developing and implementing policies on working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
• Monitor daily attendance & work scheduling that improves employee performance and reduces absenteeism
• Administering payroll and maintaining employee records
• Making the monthly payments on time and paying employees by directing the production and issuing paychecks or electronic transfers to bank accounts.
• Checking people's hours to calculate overtime.
• Arrange for the repairs of computers and other office equipment
• Administering health insurance for all staff and their families
Other Responsibilities
Producer
• Coordinate the activities of writers, directors, managers, and other personnel throughout the production process.
• Ensure that commissioned scripts are of the required standard.
• The course of action involves idea generation and research, planning, character development, and writing.
• Advice on all script related matters associated with the production.
• Monitor post-production processes to ensure accurate completion of all details.
Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in an
effective and efficient manner.
The course focuses on Literature and how to analyze canon literary works and focus on translation and the theories of grammar.
