Answer phones.
Receive, send, transfer to appropriate department and archiving faxes using
(Active fax).
Scan and archive document.
Typing waybills.
Redirect shipments (incoming and outgoing) to the appropriate department.
Organizing an excel sheet containing customers information.
Organizing an excel sheet for tracking freight cars
Typing official documents using MS-Word.
Send a daily report about incoming calls to track shipments from operation
department using MS-outlook express.
Send promotional emails to customers.
Customer Service responsibilities are:
Receive requests for quotations from clients by email, fax or phone.
Insert initial information at inquiry stage using (special software for the
company) and send this information to the appropriate operation department
to track the shipment.
Receive quotations from operation department.
Follow-up customers until fixing the shipment and transfer it to the appropriate
department.
Prepare quotations at (quotation stage) using our software and send it to the
customer by fax or email.
My Freight Gate office services are:
Door to door shipments (import and export) including:
Documentation issuing.
Treatment of export.
Shipping (Airfreight, Landfreight, Seafreight) Full load and Part load.
Customs clearance at the destination.
Internal shipping.
