1-Lecturing both theoritical & practical parts of various subjects of clinical laboratory sciences ( Introduction to chemistry, biochemistry, clinical chemistry, gene technology, medical genetics, analytical instrumentation and automation, healthcare system & occupational safety, biology)
2-Preparing power point lectures, exams, correcting exams, marking.
3- Preparing all papers needed for academic accreditiation.
4-Teaching & supervision of the practical work of the mentioned courses.
5-Head of academic advising committee
6-Participating in communinty services activities.
1- operating of vaious instruments needed in protein purification.
2- purifying proteins using various methods & techniques including ( 1-D gel electrophoresis, 2-D gel electrophoresis, chromatography, precipitation, cappillary electrophoresis, immunoblotting, radial immunodiffusion, immunoelectrophoresis, ultracentrifugation, lyophilization, staining of gel).
3- quantitation of protein concentration.
4- purification of proteins from various tissue types.
5- teaching and assissting master degree students in their proteomics projects.
