•Evaluate and improve e-service: understanding the market, designing, launching and raising awareness of new and existing products across the group are the core functions of the role.

•Establish the new e-services in cooperation with marketing team which includes the following tasks:

•Arrange with 3rd parties regarding the software and tools: researching the market, I use to define and identify gaps in the market for potential new products. At the same time, I continuously monitoring the existing product range to ensure it is performing in accordance with the group's strategy. Being a team responsible for the implementation of eservice products, I ensure projects are delivered on time and in budget. Analyzing multiple online metrics, I use to provide in depth reports (English and Arabic) and analysis around the performance of the existing product range. Identifying trends or problem areas.

•Solving problems related to Phone Banking, Mobile Banking, SMS, and E-statement.

•Conduct meetings with vendors for new and existing projects.
