• Operation and Maintenance activities up to Level for all sites included switching, Access network, DSLAM, Transmission, NGN,

• Wok on following Operating Systems: MSDOS, win 2000 server, SQL, MS Windows XP, Windows 7.
• Other Tools: Microsoft Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Computer software / OS installation and Hardware troubleshooting.
