Working as a Ariba Consultant for multiple clients, guiding them in Catalog Enablement, supplier Enablement & for whole procurement cycle.
? Perform day to day activities for catalog like arranging kick off call, gathering data for catalog, uploading in
system, rectifying issue, Testing etc.
? Enabling suppliers in Ariba Network by sending TRR requests, arranging call with supplier and guide them for enterprise account of Ariba and Supplier enablement.
? Enabling E- invoicing and CXML suppliers.
➢ Supervising 8 team members for processing 300+ PRs which come for Spot buy & PR2PO activities- like
Negotiation with vendors, Negotiation on contract term & conditions like payment term, termination term etc, PR
reviewing, Open & Blanket PO creation, Goods Receiving checks, PO failure management, Clearance of Dispute
invoices etc.
➢ Creating report/ deck on daily basis to present client.
➢ Performing Quality checks of team and creating daily dashboard for client.
➢ Lead process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives to improve metrics, time per transaction,
number of issues and cost savings.

Maintaining a high level of team engagement
Responsible for whole Procure to Pay cycle like Requisition Processing, Sourcing, Negotiation
with vendors on price, contract term and conditions, payment term etc, Purchase Order
Processing, Goods Receiving in system, PO failure management, Clearance of Dispute invoices.
➢ Preparing and issuing Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with the selected vendors, price and
technical specifications and follow up on deliveries.
➢ Developing alternate vendor base to achieve cost reduction, increase revenues, streamline.

Primarily responsible for facilitating Spot buy requests for Indirect purchase.

➢ Handling different procurement categories like- MRO, IT, Raw Materials, Office supplies,
Safety supplies and Maintenance supplies and so on.
➢ Played key role while working at Canada, USA, AUS and NZ locations for more than 200+
requisitioners.
➢ Liaised with vendors including Fastenal, Grainger, Motion Industries, McMaster- Car, Unifirst,
Cintas, Entec, Office Depot, Grand n toys and so on.
➢ Working closely with Category Managers and assisting in finalizing commercials with
suppliers
