-Lead the definition of policies, processes, strategies, standards and guidelines using best practice frameworks, whilst reviewing current approaches and suggesting improvements
-Maintain strong and effective working relationships with all areas of Risk Mitigation
-Work collaboratively with other corporate oversight functions to identify and implement consistent and effective approaches to risk governance and control-based activities
-Maintain and monitor key performance and key risk indicators and escalate breaches in triggers or limits
-Plan and manage the execution of IT procurement, disaster recovery drills and IT SLAs and services continuity, and frameworks implementation and certification processes, such as ITSM
-Support in designing an IT operating model to consider outsourcing and insourcing models
-Review and enhance the current process designs and discuss recommendations with teams
-Create and share reports with IT management, identifying IT process bottlenecks and suggesting options and recommendations
-Develop and implement processes to assess and/or monitor the effectiveness of IT procedures to ensure adherence to standards and policies as appropriate
-Develop and maintain policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure that a consistent framework such as COBIT/ITSM is applied across the organization

-Communicates effectively with co-workers and employees in other branches to ensure delivery of all the requested IT services to the company users.
-Working with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations.
- Supervises employee activity, and delegates tasks and work schedule.
-Assist in tracking and managing expenses and hardware budget.
- Represent the IT Team at events and local happenings.
- Troubleshooting user or software errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between user and technology at the company CRM& ERP systems.
- Resolving technical CRM &ERP issues, including responding to customization requests.
-Owner of the Incident, Request, Change, and Escalation processes, ensuring high levels of performance in these processes, accurate reporting, and establishing service improvement activities when required.
-Ensure that patching and anti-virus updates are carried out promptly and effectively.
-Work with the Technical Design team to evolve standards for hardware, software, and security in the desktop environment.
-Monitor, control, and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies, and procedures are in place and followed.
-Manage the desktop computing environment to ensure that laptops, PCs, and other access devices are built and maintained to high standards of performance and security.
-Work with the director on the recruitment & selection process regarding the IT team.
-Work on and monitor the server’s backup is happening periodically according to rules.
