 Administer Compensation & Benefits programs including Life insurance & Pension Programs.

 Handling GPM (Global Payroll Management) handling expatriates income and benefits taxation.

 Head Office Reporting & Management Reporting.

 Issuing visa and residence permits to the Company's expatriates.

 Drafting all company policies and procedures and posting them on Company local intranet and ERD program on Daimler internet and ensure its application.

 Handling salary surveys & Employee Satisfaction Surveys.

 Maintaining Company discipline with regards to attendance, vacations etc… and preparing the necessary reports for the Management.
