Administer Compensation & Benefits programs including Life insurance & Pension Programs.
Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select qualified candidates.
Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, maintaining company discipline & controlling attendance. Studying opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, and administering disciplinary procedures.

Issuing visa and residence permits to the Company's expatriates.
Drafting all company policies and procedures and posting them on Company local intranet and ERD program on Daimler internet and ensure its application.
Handling salary surveys & Employee Satisfaction Surveys.
Maintaining Company discipline with regards to attendance, vacations etc… and preparing the necessary reports for the Management.

I was also granted a higher responsibility of all travels, bookings, visa issuance, arranging Middle East conferences and special events for the whole Company besides my normal duties.
I became the Chief Coordinator of the CAME (Central Asia and Middle East) Regional Conferences that are held in Egypt.

Responsible for entering all purchase orders on computer software PSMS, filing requisitions, typing all sorts of letters, memos etc...
Follow up on Purchase Orders status (Partial or full delivery or still pending).
Assisted in Translation from English to Arabic and vice versa.

Responsibility was tending towards minor finance exposure. The job demanded allocation of various Company expenses and issuing reports.
