Field service & application Engineer covering Eastern Region, SA Installing, repairing, updating the software, supporting the customer to make them satisfied of our services.
Started as a resident engineer in King Fahad Specialist Hospital in Dammam responsible of a project or 700 B Braun infusion/syringe pumps. Maintain them, training the staff, training the biomed, daily rounds & make sure the customer is satisfied with service after sales. Then in May 2019 I was a field service engineer covering Eastern Region, SA. I trained a new engineer & made with her a service team. Take care of 5 big projects (more than 5000 infusion/syringe pumps) to make customers satisfy of after sales services. Our customers were (National Guards H. in Dammam, National Guards H. in Al-Ahsa, King Fahad Specialist H. in Dammam, Al-Habib H. & Security Forces in Dammam)
