• Supervising the branch's business in terms of management and sales, and achieving the objectives set for the branch and the 2012 sales targets set for the branch. • Proposing the branch's marketing strategic objectives and following up on their implementation. • Administrative and professional supervision of all employees of the branch, defining their tasks and duties, and overseeing their work. • Participating in preparing the branch's policies and procedures that ensure increased sales in the branch responsible for it and improving sales services. • Submitting all suggestions related to the branch to the line manager with the aim of improving the level and quality of products and services provided to customers. Studying and analyzing sales reports and issuing the necessary corrective decisions with the aim of developing sales and placing the branch in a strong competitive position vis-à-vis the competitors. • Polling clients' opinions, desires and requests towards the facility's services and submitting opinions, desires and requests to the line manager for taking them into consideration
