I'm responsible for retail payment systems specially ECC and NS since Jan 2013 and RTGS Transaction manager since May 2009 till Jan 2013
I started RTGS System from the scratch since it was a project .same for ECC
• Administration duties for RTGS and Retail payments like :-
1. Start and end of day.
2. Monitoring RTGS And ECC system functions
3. Reporting and troubleshooting
4. Add banks to RTGS Systems
5. Reporting the management for any deviations
6. Save decision documents for no (5)
• Oversight the Payment systems(RTGS + ECC + National Switch services) to show how the commercial banks committed with central bank regulatory circulars and payment systems standards applied
• Interact with commercial bank to discuss the payment systems directives and decisions
• Write and disseminate payment systems circulars
• Suggest, manage, follow up executing procedure, controls, conditions and business scenarios for high value and retail payments
• Interact with applications vendors and outsourcing companies whom responsible for supporting RTGS and ECC
• Interact with other directories inside the central banks related to payment systems like inspections, control and IT.
• Authorise the commercial banks requests for adding branches to ECC .New ATM
Locations, adding new services for ATM and POS
• Follow up banks complaints
• RTGS - National switch(cards payments - ATMs and others) and ECC reconciliations

• Electronic cheques clearing (A/cs posting and clearing reconciliations)
