- Employee filing after the recruitment and uploading the employees’ data on Microsoft Dynamic while updating the new joiners and terminated employees.
- Time Management for attendance in Bio Time Software.
- Payroll process using Microsoft Dynamic including deductions, overtime and promotions.
- Employee Relation including all requests from letters, leaves, salary advance, investigations, business trips with flights and hotel booking, terminations and resignations, exit interviews till the end of service process and clearance.
- Responsible on all the data and technical issues for the HR Department.
- Launching and managing the system shift from Microsoft Dynamic to Oracle for Bayara Co.

-Payroll process in Oracle including: deductions, overtime, commissions and promotions.
-Working on all employees’ requests like Business trips and company leaves, cash in advance and Housing advance etc. and ensure to reflect it in Oracle system accordingly.
-Responsible for making the Organization chart for the company’s employees, departments and branches.
-Employees booking for flights and hotels in the business trips or the company leaves.
-GOSI, add or remove employees and all the transaction.
-Following up with Muqeem, Iqama transfer and renewal, exit and reentry, final exit, updating the employee’s data and contracts.
-Working on the commercial visits through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
-Obtaining the yearly employee’s evaluations from department managers and calculating their scores and rewarding them with promotions and salary raise.
-Performing any assigned tasks by the direct manager
Responsible for all the company’s government accounts.
Hiring employees, Iqama’s renewal, exit and reentery, GOSI
related tasks, Health insurance, employees letters.
- Recruitment, creating a pool of candidates, interviewing.
- Entering new employees data in Oracle.
- Monthly Salaries till the finale upload in Oracle.
- Managing employees vacations.
-Responsible for over 2000 employee’s insurance and all the transaction for the insurance company from adding and printing the cards to analyzing the bills for the payment.
-Making licenses for the Industrial MODON and following up with them.
-Helped and participate in launching the SAP System for Aquat, including taking the courses and building the master data.
-Responsible for the Document Management System in the SAP to upload the employees fills and organize them.
-Responsible of the monthly reports for the ADM and SEC departments.
-Finishing the 2018 budgets for the ADM and SEC departments.
-Reviewing and auditing the monthly payroll and comparing the data with the time sheet and the hand punch to the employees.
-Responsible of the suppliers monthly bills payments, reviewing them and connecting the data to the employees.
