- Establish project plan baseline, define project scope, secure the necessary resources and plans and monitor all activities

- Manage all HUAWEI outsource to perform Telecom installation for new projects.
- Manage all HUAWEI outsource to perform Sites Survey during the new projects preparations.
- Manage with different HUAWEI department to follow on site level from scratch until handover to customer.
- Perform ENGINEERING SERVICES PURCHASE request \[ERP system\] and materials request \[CES system\] on site basis.
- Arrange with Transmission, power, and radio departments from customer site to deliver the project on site basis.
- Apply acceptance certificates for the project.
- Involve in HUAWEI outsource evaluation on quarter basis with different KPI’s.
- Prepare weekly and daily reports about the project progress and future plans.
- Acting as CPM whenever the PM is not available and during projects rollout.
As Telecom Installation Engineer my work summery was as follow:
1- supervisior for 2G Installation team
2- superivisor for 3G installation team
3- lead the MW installation team
4- make the commissioning on site for 2G & 3G and make E1 CXC.
- Perform and support the users of the JetNet network (WIMAX), after sales services, which they are using HUAWI equipment (CPE) either fixed or mobile
- Quality check for WIMAX new sites installation in site khartoum
attend a network security seminar in kuala lumpur in 2006.
