Supervise/manage Project Site Staff and monitor progress/productivity on site.
Liaise with Consultants/Contractors on technical, contractual and commercial matters.
Work with technical team to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements
Discuss with client project’s technical requirements
Coordinate with clients and technical team to execute assigned projects within deadlines
Adhere to company engineering guidelines and standards
Prepare Monthly Progress report for Department Head.
Materials & Subcontractors Procurement.
Review of materials Submittals.
Pricing and estimate of project activities.
Negotiate contract clauses with sub-contractors/suppliers.
Issuance of Contracts for sub-contractors.
Issuance of materials purchase orders.
• Establish a procurement department for Makkah Mass Rail Transit Company (MMRTC).
• Prepare the Policy, procedure and forms for the Procurement Department.
• Responsible for procurement of materials and subcontractors as per requirements of the Client at competitive prices.
• Make training plane for the new employed Procurement staff (Saudi).
• Monitor the daily department activities (Requisitions, quotations, Tenders, negotiations, Purchase orders, Letter Of Awards, contracts).
• Preparing of Purchase orders, Letter of Award, Agreement letters, Contracts.
• Assisting the Contracts Director on monitoring the project contractual matters.
• Prepares correspondence and maintains records necessary to ensure the effective administration of all Contractual matters.
• Draft letters addressing contractual matters.
• Review of contracts documents.
• Attend technical, progress meeting with the Client, stakeholder, contractors, subcontractors.

*Assisting the site engineer when the job requires.
*Storing all project documents.
