Handling reservation & ticketing independently for UAE MARKET on Sabre and respective
Online booking tool (Get there) queue.
 Handling dedicative travel account (EMERSON) on call & e-mail.
 Transparently allocating travel requests with-in the team and make sure that it must be
responded with-in the Service level agreement.
 Customize the itineraries to meet the client’s requirement.
 Regularly respond to the “queues” in the travel system to ensure all changes are updated with
the supplier if necessary and communicated to the client immediately.
 Provide Quotations (Air, Hotel, Meet and assistance, insurance and Transfers) and
fare comparisons and book reservations for clients according to their requirements.
This will ensure the client that they have received the best deal available.
 Up-selling add-on Services while catering travel request.
 Make sure every booking must have preferred seats, meal request, frequent flyer and hotel
membership number.
 Report on daily transactions to finance team and liaise with finance on any queries they
have. This ensures that any reconciliation on finance end can be completed as smoothly as
possible.
 Supporting ETS (Emergency Travel Services) team on weekend
