• Assigned to look after the Annual Maintenance (Servers, PCs, Laptops, modems, printers and related all other hardware support) of three different company sites for 9 months.
• Ensuring the high level satisfaction under 24x7 service for corporate clients (HDFC, PNB Banks etc.).
• Supervise the organization lab and System setup, Wi-Fi protected network access, including LAN-WAN trouble shooting.

• Conducting Training for Post-Graduation Diploma in Hardware Networking (PGDHN) candidates under Jadavpur University \[Basic Electronics, A+, N+, Server 2008, Linux\].
• Administrating 60 to 100 systems depending on LABs, including RIS, Print, Proxy and WDS servers.
• Providing technical solutions to the end users and developers for stable network, fixed asset data integrity and
Office flexibility.
• DHCP, NFS, SAMBA and apache monitoring under RHEL.
• Configuring and monitoring network depended server roles like WDS, GPO, Print, Proxy & Mail servers.
• Covering OS Updates, Internet communication, Performance Tuning by utility software
• Maintaining Labs like Software, Multimedia, Financial Accounting, Hardware-Networking & others.
• Responsible for System Support, Laptop, helpdesk, and system services from hardware vendors.
• Monitoring Backup and Restoration using WIM, VERITUS and DAT Drive etc.
• Maintaining company Software and Hardware purchase stock including their installation, warranty and license
details.
