Scheduling and proactively managing high volume of diary appointments
* Manage the inbox of the Country Director, responding to email where necessary and react
quickly to unanticipated changes
* Create and distribute agendas for meetings
* Create and update PowerPoint presentations/Excel reports
* Managing complex travel requests including scheduling meetings across global time zones,
organising the logistics and demonstrating the ability to identify cost reductions where feasible
* Draft correspondence and legal documents, such as contracts
* Undertake research and collate relevant material for the Legal Director
* Check, proofread and edit legal forms and documents for accuracy
* Co-ordinate the arrangements of meeting rooms and catering
* Managing relationships on behalf of the LT with internal and external clients
* Managing the monthly expense process on behalf of the LT in alignment with company policy
ensuring that claims are submitted and paid ahead of the payment deadline
* Maintaining contact lists and other documents as appropriate
* Being responsible for all aspects of on boarding and off boarding processes
* Processing all purchase requests and IT service catalogue tickets on behalf of the LT in a
timely manner
* Assisting with projects as required
* Provide PA support to visiting seniors whilst in the CWT office in London
* Working collaboratively with other assistants within CWT
