Working directly with the CEO and the Team, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing sales and revenue development strategies and activities to help the firm meet its immediate and long-term objectives. fiery, determined, laser-like, and wholly responsible for one's actions. Meeting or exceeding sales quotas while travelling extensively (both domestically and internationally) to meet with clients, seal the transaction, and recruit channel partners.
We have deployed EPM Tool on Microsoft Project Server and are currently using it for all resource management and project status monitoring.
While serving several client locations and business partners in Qatar, Oman, Ghana, Malaysia, and Sri Lanka, I have also been working with sibling Concern Company Routeget Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Wholly owned subsidiary of Routeget Technologies LLC, USA) on deputation.
I oversee many Microsoft Dynamics projects, including Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP improvements, modifications, and deployments. Our clientele was in healthcare, retail, and manufacturing. I carefully planned project scope, objectives, deliverables, timetables, and resource needs. All strategies were tailored to customer needs and company goals. By working closely with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and quality assurance teams, I ensured business requirements are translated into technological specifications. This required creating unique and scalable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics' tremendous features.
I managed projects carefully, mitigating risks and resolving issues quickly. I was committed to completing projects on time, under budget, and to quality standards and best practices. My exceptional leadership and guidance fostered an atmosphere of support and collaboration among project teams, and I regularly coached team members to improve their Microsoft Dynamics technology expertise.
As the main customer contact, I managed expectations, encouraged open and honest communication, and obtained insightful feedback to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. In proactive collaboration with the sales and business development divisions, I identified and exploited new business prospects, prepare attractive proposals, and participate in pre-sales activities including client presentations and product demos.
Creating efficient channels of communication between the project team and the rest of the company and the relevant departments is essential. Using fundamental Lean and Agile concepts, manage day-to-day project activities and resources while also presiding over project management team meetings (e.g. Daily Mgt, Problem solving, Standup, Retrospective). Keeping an eye on how well employees are doing their jobs, conducting thorough reviews, and applying any lessons gained.
Communicating across leadership, recognising interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs, and reporting on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Responsible for the management of Primlaks' information technology infrastructure, including both technical and managerial tasks, as well as the management of IT operations and NAVISION implementation.
Through the management of the NAVISION consulting team for Human Resources Functions, Warehouse, and Sales and Distribution, all three modules—HR, Warehouse, and S&D—were successfully deployed within 5.5 months. Support and contribute to the planning and implementation of the project in areas such as diagnostics, analysis, design, configuration, quality assurance testing, and support service. Installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows 2000 server and Win 2003 Server with a round of 75 nodes with Windows 2000 Professional and Windows XP Professional workstation OS as client, Installing and maintaining Microsoft ISA Server 2003, Responsible for IT infrastructure (All Active and passive Hardware Support), Network administration, domain Group policies and hardware troubleshooting, Installing and maintaining Norton Antivirus updates and security patches, Installing, configuring and managing FTP, DNS, DHCP, WINS, Terminal Services, Managing Exchange 2003 server, Configuring Wireless router (Linksys WRT 54B) web console, Configuration of Email accounts of company employees, Configuring and maintaining Internet Connection Sharing, Administration, Backups & installation of application software and peripherals.
