• Maintain organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions,
• Scrutiny of day to day accounts,
• Coordinating monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities,
• Monitoring Accounts receivables and Accounts payables,
• Monitoring and closing manufacturing unit books of accounts,
• Implementing effective internal control systems in finance department.

• Responsible for carrying out audits of companies (listed and unlisted) and other organizations that operate into the business of Construction, Trading, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Hotels and Not for Profit Organization.
• Preparation and review of financial statements thereof in accordance with relevant standards and legislations.
• Responsible for completion of audit file.
• Holding meeting with clients to discuss the audit findings before issuing the audit reports.
• Preparation of audit reports under Companies act and Income Tax Act.
• Certifications relating to Income tax exemptions claimed.
• Carrying our tax audits under the Income Tax Act 1961.
• Helping clients in preparing tax plans and tax returns, ensuring timely filing of Income Tax Returns and calculation of withholding tax, etc. in compliance with Income Tax Act.
• Handling certification works related to capitalization and disposal of Fixed Assets.
• Works relating to Incorporation of companies and Annual returns filing with ROC etc.
