 Management and development of 3 fashion brands throughout the GCC
 Sales Performance analysis (turnover, margins, deliveries, stock levels)
 Suggest and Implementation of proactive sales strategies, promotions and corrective measures where required
 Creation and presentation of innovative store displays and visual merchandising proposals
 Management of store displays and agreed visual merchandising
 Responsible for the flow of Communication between Concord Ventures, Carrefour Head Office and Carrefour Stores in the GCC region
 Management and training of Concord Ventures store merchandisers (15 merchandisers in total)

 Responsible for achieving the targeted bottom line through optimized turnover, margins and stock rotation
 Negotiation and selection of the product range and prices with suppliers
 Management and implementation of in store promotions and sales activities
 Creation of efficient store displays and adequate visual merchandising
 Competition analysis (SWOT)
 Monthly, Quarterly and yearly planning and presentation of budget and forecast
 Management and training of staff (20-25 staff/merchandisers on average)
 Inventory, Profit and Loss analysis

 Responsible for achieving the targeted bottom line through optimized turnover, margins and stock rotation
