Execution of townsquare building, Quality control, Preparation of RAB for contractor.maintaining ISO certified formats and registers at site.making work schedule of project, Bar chart, Bar bending schedule, weekly & monthly reports.Reconcilation of cement, steel.site monitoring of daily activities.
Surveying, road work done with GSB, WMM, BM & BC, culvert, precast drains
Construction of Main Control Building includes
Earth work, concreting.masonry work, steel works, joinery works, flooring works, finishing works, water supply and sanitary fittings.
Supervision and execution of work at the site as per the approved drawings and site conditions.
Coordinating and Monitoring a team of supervisors, foremen and labours execute the works to site.
Frequent visit to the site for assuring examining the Quality and Progress of work executed.
Involved in preparation of Daily Progress Report, Monthly Progress Report,
Survey works done with total station.
Experience in stone column, sand pilling, band drain works.
Road works are done with GSB, WET MIX, BITUMEN
