Job Responsibilities:o
Bank Coordinator:
 Specialized underwriter in General Insurance (Motor)
 Daily activities vary according to the type of insurance and Bank which includes:
* This procedure is strictly confidential.
 Decision of applications for insurance cover (risks) to be accepted and if so, the terms of acceptance.
 Assess a risk according to the likelihood of a claim being made by weighing up a number of factors.
 Gathering detailed information from prospective clients (policyholders).
 Aim is to minimize losses for their company and help to make a profit.
o Underwriter:
 Ensuring all the relevant documents and information for policy issuance is provided.
 Policies issuance and update of the records at the respective government body.
 Maintaining detailed records of policies underwritten and decisions made.
o Customer Service
o Operations Coordinator
*Additional Job Responsibilities as a Supervisor:
o Supervising, guiding and training a team on day to day activities for Motor Insurance.
o Work closely with branch sales and service teams to sales portfolio, promotions and campaigns
o Strengthen the long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service
o Policy issuance of Motor, Travel and Life Insurances.
o Generating competitive Quotes based on different rating parameter and quoting the prospective clients.

Job Responsibilities:
o Procurement:
 Stock order items - Maintaining minimum Stock level based on the history of purchase and forecast.
 Customized order items - Technically understanding the item and providing supplier the exact requirement.
 Back to back order items - Placing and official order to the concerned supplier.
 Customized Projects - Budgeting of order, Placing of order at the required time and Bank Guarantees and Letter of Credits for the same

 Providing information to the shipper the details of order like, pickup dates, consignee details, etc
 Co-coordinating with freight forwarder for day to day operation, in order to ensure to meet the decided deadlines.
 Preparation and filing of documentation for all export and import shipments.
