•Troubleshooting problems arising in the total execution of the job with minimum time lag.
•Taking Stringent Quality Measures including Preparation / maintaining necessary documents and to ensure compliance with standards.
•Monitoring Adherence to quality systems and maintaining requisite documents.
•Working with a team of executives and guiding staff to address and resolve performance bottlenecks.
•Planning effecting manpower deployment and works scheduling of qualified work force; addressing training needs of staff to enhance skills.
