• Collect New Units Defected Samples From Market for Inhouse Analysis and understanding
• Monitoring Tear Down Activities of Faulty Units Or Components
• Training And Skills Enhancement ( Based on Faulty Units / Parts Findings)
• Analysis of All Related Detailed Dashboard Reports based on Market Faults for improvement and Reporting to HOD
• Performs Tasks Assigned By Head of Quality Regarding Day To Day Affairs.
• Manage, Motivate And Control Team Of Q.C Workers And Supervisors Designated At Various Shop Floor.
• Ensure Awareness Of Quality Inspection, Standards At Shop Floor And Supervisor Level.
• Daily Monitoring, Controlling Of Quality Parameters Of Critical Stations
• Managing And Monitoring Various Inspection Processes.
• Perform Periodic Process Audits To Ensure Standard Working.
• Timely Decisions And Problem Solving Of Daily Quality Issues Occur On Line.
• Monitor, Analyze Factors Of Quality And Internal Cost Of Products And Take Remedial Actions.
• Present And Discuss Activities Of QCA To HODs In Product Councils, Manufacturing Councils, Daily Morning Meetings And Obeya Forum.
• Analysis Of Oracle Reports For Controlling Shop Floor Rework And Rejections
• Maintain And Monitor Dashboard Of QCA
• SCR Tracking And Monitoring
• EDFR, GRN, Red Alerts And Warranty Issuance Tracking And Controlling
