Working on industrial and commercial refrigeration systems like refrigeration
rack, blast and spiral freezers of Grasso and vilter screw compressor, Bitzer,
Copeland, Danfoss their installation, preparation and maintenance with
flooded evaporators and evaporative condensers.
Responsible of arranging all the materials during the shift in case of any
burnout and shutdown.
Installing condensing unit; complete piping, brazing, flushing, pressure test,
cables along with termination, complete commissioning and start up and do
the operation of systems.
During shift do operation of anhydrous ammonia refrigeration system, inspect
screw compressors, purgers, condensers, ammonia pump pressures, valves
and other system components.
Responsible of service complaints and resolving the issues either
mechanically or electrically.

Erection, troubleshoot and overhaul of Refrigeration systems like Walk in
coolers and Walk in freezers, mortuary units, all type of package units
(specially Carrier, Trane, York and Zamil) DX units and split units.
Responsible for periodically and annually check for compressors, motors,
safeties and controls initiates action for the major and minor overhaul of the
equipment.
Detected leakages by scrutinizing and enforced the use of energy
managements strategies and responsible for repairs like replacement of
compressor, broken flares, repacking glands, copper tubing & adjusting and
replacement of expansion valves.
Reassembled equipments, identify complex problems and installed various
auxiliary components such as blowers, discharge valves, pressure switches
and many others.
Ensured quality of product through temperature monitoring, calibrating and
control.
Conduct analysis, resolved breakdown issues, repair malfunction and
explained failure reasons prepared documents and submitted to supervisor.

Worked on industrial ammonia refrigeration & air-conditioning system having
the capacity of
1700 TR of Grasso Screw compressors and reciprocating compressors along
with evaporative condensers and flooded evaporators.
Responsible for regulating, monitoring and operating the HMI and PLC as a
shift in charge.
Performed regular preventive maintenance on the ammonia refrigeration
plant.
Maintained ultra low temperature -42°C in spiral freezers, -22°C low temp. in
blast freezers, +3°C
for water chiller and +15°C for preparation area.
Regulated the working of the ammonia equipment checks and readings.
Responsible to monitored all parts to maintain a smooth working of the
ammonia plant.
Collaborates various contractors in maintenance and repair of the ammonia
system.

Senior Supervisor Refrigeration
Worked on Ma’Csl Pakistan’s Projects such as (Makro Cash & Carry) and other
different sites on Modulating refrigeration system, chilled and freezer rooms,
multi racks, plug in units, ice maker and various refrigeration equipments.
Supervised eight technicians, responsible for executing risk management.
Sustains and improves reliability and all aspects of plant operation,
maintenance, repair, ventilating and related system documentation.
Implement plan, assign and initiated maintenance action in time to avoid
major breakdown and availability of technicians to answer client calls during
nights & weekends.
Read blueprints, schematic to determine, location, size capacity and type of
component to repair the units.
Maintains variety of manuals and electronic files and records for the purpose
of providing upto date reference and complying with regulatory requirement.

Worked on 350 TR of Steam Fired Absorption chillers and boilers on project
State Bank & other different sites.
Controlling the consumption of spares and monitoring spare stores by taking
reports from stores in charge.
Yearly shutdown maintenance of AHU, FCU, exhaust fans, cooling towers,
chilled water pumps & condenser water pumps etc.
Checked TDS and PH of cooling tower water and chemical charging and
dosing on daily basis.
Inspected operated, overhauled and yearly maintenance of boilers and related
heating equipments.

the report to the management.
