Accounting & Admin Assistant having 5 plus years of experience in UAE.
Al Asfoor is a leading supplier of Household items in Maritime and Shipping industries.
My role as an Accounting clerk involves right from Quotation support till Invoicing and VAT Submission.This included both outside sales and in-house purchases.
• Quality check the incoming administrative documents and ensures that the company procedure is followed
• Prepare outgoing Quotations and Invoices to customers and communicate through E-mail.
• Accounting - which includes Managing Petty Cash and Cheque Payments
• Coordinate all activities related to the Administrative Document control process.
• Attend to incoming requisition/LPO/Work order from all sources and ensure that the entire request is being action ed on time
• Upload document into system as required and ensure that the information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist on common clerical activities including collecting of information, photocopying and scanning
• Setting up and maintaining personnel files.
• Replying to any correspondence and emails.
• Schedule and coordinate Meetings and Appointments.
• Answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries.
Have conducted Seminars, 24hrs Project Submission, Anchoring
