Responsible for performing the compliance activities through self assessment. On site inspection and sampling that require full command of the applicable internal/external regulatory requirements and compliance standards/practices.
To assess risk and internal operating controls by identifying areas of non-compliance; identifying operational weakness, inefficiencies, and issues.
To make long and short terms plans for department and have them approved from the departmental head
To conduct pre-implementation review of Information System in the process of being rolled out.
To conduct review of system project
To review and assess core banking system and all integrated systems for the compliance of the regulatory and best practices
To identify and review tools compliance
To work in close liaison with ITG to assess and monitor systems development and maintenance procedure, compliance with regulatory requirement and best practices.
Vetting and reviewing IT related policies, procedures and/or products (including technology and documentation).
Assess risks and internal IT controls by identifying areas of non compliance; identifying weaknesses, inefficiencies, issues and making recommendation for strengthening the weak areas.
To develop IT compliance Training Curriculum for the Head Office and IT centers and conduct trainings.
To develop and maintain the Training plan for the IT Compliance department
Serve as a main reference point for the team to discuss any Business Process (Functional) issues they may have in regards to the project
Provide leadership in the functional aspects of the project to the team.
Business Requirements Reviewer - Reviewing the team’s work to ensure functional design is being met throughout the project.
Team coordination - Facilitating the interaction of team members when needed so as to ensure that all team members who are working on the same functional areas are communicating and aware of any/all issues.
Preparing Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Scripts using Testing tool
Bug Reporting using automated testing tools and also using manual testing.
Deploying application, and perform testing into production server to ensure quality and standards.
