Handling overall talent management in Rotary Engineering for Qatar Energy project. Right from Recruiting and sourcing Engineering positions to planning the workers mobilization.

• Handled employee relation matters including sickness management, probation completion, successfully handled more than 300+ grievance and disciplinary cases in my tenure as per Qatar labour law and HR policy.
• Conducted more than 400+ exit interviews. Analytically planned the turnover ratio by collecting data from exit interviews, drafted in a report to analyse the reasons, area and level of leavers. Initiated this report, which was reviewed by CEO, HR Director and Dept Managers to understand the attrition trend of the company.
• Successfully processed and prepared monthly 60-80 varied letters e.g., NOC letters, bank letters, embassy letters, Job certificates, Salary certificate, reference letter or character certificate of ex-employees and all other customized letters as requested.
• Prepared and arranged 1500+ Labour contracts on the Qatar Hukoomi Portal and got it attested through the Labour Ministry in a target period of 8 months with terms and conditions incorporated in the offer letter.
• Assisted the HR Manager in disciplinary and termination processes, closed monthly 70+ employee leavers’ files, processed End of service benefits and repatriation ensuring all leavers depart on time in compliance with the Qatar labour law & company HR Policies.
• Designing and updating job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates from various online channels, screening resumes and application forms, interviewing candidates initially and along with the Hiring Manager, preparation of offer letter and getting the approvals for the selected candidate.
• Conducted investigation for the unauthorized activity like alcohol consumption, illegal activities, disputes and conflicts in the company.
• Knowledge in updating employees’ personal details in the HRIS and demonstrate administrative excellence in maintaining an accurate employee filing system confidentially.
• Advised and supported HR manager in designing and implementing human resources strategies, guidelines, procedures, spreadsheets, flowcharts and variety of specialized reports within broad principles and policies to meet requirements supporting short and long-term business needs.
• Constantly evaluating the approved policies and SOP to ensure that mission, vision and values are aligned with the HR objectives and process improvements are made on a regular basis.
• Initiated monthly visit to all employee accommodations, Airport and work locations as a first point of contact for HR related issues and curbed the differences between Management and employees. This initiative also helped to improve the attrition trend by 5% in the 3rd Quarter of 2017.
• Participated in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and prepared the report from the data generated.

• Conducting exit interviews and monitoring them to strategize and plan engagement drives for controlling attrition.
• Preparation of HR policies and employee handbook in consultation with Director/ Dept. Head.
• Resolving all the escalations from the client’s end and leading the vendor meetings to make sure they are well handled by the Team Leads.
• Responsible for the entire Visa process of the candidates placed on contractual basis in GCC companies i.e., drafting letter to chambers of commerce and Embassy and getting the Visa issued.
• Nurture positive environment, taking care of employee welfare, internal trainings, soft skills training, solving their grievances, counselling, scrutinizing their satisfaction level with the company, passing their needs & requirements to management, getting it addressed.
• Evaluating the employee’s monthly and yearly performance required for performance appraisal analysis, identifying the areas of improvements and guiding employees to perform better.
• Preparing and presenting the Weekly/Monthly/Annual Reports related to Headcount, Attrition, Hiring, Cost, Engagement, etc.
