Troubleshooting/ solving company device errors such as, mechanical problems on the cashier line, scales, networking or any malfunctions in the internal telephony central/ faxes. Also, systematic problems such as, dealing with codes which don't read on the cashier line, items which need to be added or updated on the scales, configuring all devices and telephone lines on the system. Managing all transactions and following up on the section managers indicators such as, controlling stock adjustments on their out of stocks, sleeping stocks or even slow moving items and doing any inventory corrections. Supporting their turnover increase by price protecting, negative margin following up, waste reduction, informing them to use return criteria/ credit notes and pressuring for all promotions availability. Creating the hypermarket’s orders for all the sections and sending them to the suppliers, all these with accurate data entry on the system and excel sheets also, purchasing orders for any IT supplies. Periodically protecting users from any mistakes or carelessness on the system, by backing up files on servers, USB blocking, media/games deletion and antiviral protection also, dealing with daily IT problems. Controlling all users’ security policies, authorizations and permissions on the system/ network, in the selling area, warehouse or even upon receiving in the receiving yard, by restricting accesses and following the procedures.
