Description: 4 floors with 800 m2 area for each and 1 basement 450 m2
* Leading and supervising the mobilization phase from the first day.
* Order and tracking the required material for each phase.
* Leading all earthworks and all structural works in the site.
* Coordinating with the MEP departments and subcontractors.
* Coordinating with other engineering, quality, planning and cost
departments.
* Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports related to the
progress.
* Preparing the site weekly and monthly plans, tracking reports for
the planning department.
* Relations with the consultant and inspections according to ITPs of
each activity.
* Safety specifications related to each activity.
* Finishing activities as specification ( solid block, plastering, painting, tiling
as its many types according to each zone and specification of
annotation drawing).
* Wide experience in aluminum and glazing works.

ofall façade works with area of 55940m2ofGRC cladding around all
towers in the project, and the aluminum and glazing works.
Completion all aluminum and glazing works for curtain walls,
windows, doors and balustrade in all towers.
