Hired to work as outsource employee to work on meditation and notification engine and Mobile app backend. Lead the design effort on a project in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Lead the software development team and work closely with partners and stakeholders to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones
Identify the appropriate software architecture based on the requirements and design elements contained in a system specification.
Ensure that the right product is developed and delivered to meet Company’s quality standards, and contract requirements
Utilize project management methodologies, systems and tools as defined by Company
Handle Change Requests (CR) on the Support Systems
Lead Project Teams and facilitate the communication and interaction among the functional representatives
Track project against its schedule, budget and against phase gate review objectives, reporting status to management and customer on a regular basis, and executive staff on an as needed basis
Participate in Business Analysis, Design and Software Architecture phases, manage Project recourses
