- Preparation of feasibility studies and the business plans for the companies.
- Responsible for analyzing the financial statements and recommending solutions, and highlight weaknesses.
- Responsible about monitoring the financial risk for the firm and its companies such as (Z-score).
- Responsible for analyzing the Budget (monthly and yearly, operational and capital budget) and analyzing any favorable and unfavorable variances.
- Responsible about preparing the yealry and monthly budgeted consolidated financial statements.
- Develop, communicate and maintain the firm’s Corporate Finance and Accounting Policies and Procedures, making recommendations for improvements.
- Responsible about preparing the consolidated financial statement for the firm and its companies.
- Identifies appropriate financing alternatives to negotiate complex financing arrangements. And identify the company’s financing and equity needs.
- Provide strategic financial leadership and support on issues affecting the firm
- Follow up all internal audit reports for the firm and the companies.
