The company was founded in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, in 1975, to cater to growing demand for engineered metal products with special focus in manufacturing variety of engineered metal products which include metal doors for special uses in industrial, security and military applications and further expanded to sectors in construction, security solutions, information technology, water treatment, oil & gas, process industries and contracting. • Ensured availability of required stock level for store at all times and proficiently utilized ERP solution for optimal results.

• Facilitating implementation of best practice strategic initiatives to promote culture of enhanced performance and dedication across all operations including (Marketing, Branches, Finance etc.)
• Ensuring that productivity, profit, service, growth and safety targets are clear and stretching; recommending strategies for scaling the operations facing significant growth.
• Collaborating with the CEO, offering thought leadership to Production, Quality, Technical HR, business development and fundraising ventures and ensuring organizational alignment with expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
• Governing organization's day-to-day, month-to-month, and year-to-year operations; collating and analysing data and metrics and deploying processes leading to unprecedented sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals
• Delivering financial commitments to optimize sustainable growth while ensuring balanced utilization of facilities, equipment, materials and manpower to optimize company growth capabilities and market share objectives.

Accomplishments:
• Played an instrumental role in designing and establishing the factory including sourcing of machinery for factory; testing & commissioning for all machines and establishing company policies and operations in addition to developing staff capabilities
• Successfully managed a huge portfolio of company product & services encompassing Hollow Metal Doors; Fire Rated Doors; Acoustic Steel Doors; Stainless Steel Doors; Lead Lined Doors; Security Doors; Blast Doors; Specialty Doors & Windows; Wooden Doors and Hardware Supply.
• Networked extensively with major contractors and architects and relevant ministries to support execution of major projects.
• Represented the organization and participated in product training, local, regional and national trade shows and association meetings to promote company products, maintain current industry knowledge and seek new opportunities.
Key Accountabilities:
• Provided technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing methods and procedures that are efficient, effective and meet good business practice.
• Contributed in architectural design and estimating support, product selection, and engineering including RFQs, technical and commercial assessment, job orders/ delivery notes, invoices preparation.
• Sourced business partners and building strategic alliances with client entities and supporting business requirements, growth and process improvements.
• Optimized product design for fire rating & acoustic doors with a special focus on ease of manufacturing and application as well as ensuring safety and quality
• Engaged customers in a consultative manner in order to understand the technical and business challenges and prepared proposals of Hardware schedule in alignment with codes and standards. Ensured customization and timely and successful delivery of solutions.
• Reviewed all customer requirements, project specification, drawings and schedules, managed variations and implement remedial action.
• Provided comprehensive operational & engineering support and product training to customers whilst striving to achieve total customer satisfaction and organization profitability.
• Made accurate, rapid cost calculations for realistic quotations /bids for tender and on-going projects, while strictly complying with ANSI, BHMA and EN standard.
• Analysed project strategies, competitor activities and preparing Action Plan, Hotlist and Project list on monthly basis
Al Jood United for Industrial Investment Co is conglomerate consisting of Asamco Arabia Aluminium Manufacturing Co. Ltd, Mawad International Door Hardware Manufacturing Co, and Middle East Metal & Wood Industries Co. Ltd. (METALCO).
Key Accountabilities:
• Responsible for overseeing and fulfilling material requirements in terms of quantity as well as specifications in collaboration with the procurement department.
• Oversaw the entire cost estimations while taking care of all important details involved including objectives, procedures, instructions and guidelines.
• Handled budget allocation responsibilities to ensure all important projects in pipeline are provided with adequate supply of funds to assist them in fulfilling their project requirements.
• Proactively monitored all projects in progress while making required adjustments in estimates to cope with their changing needs
• Took charge of all pre and post sales procedures involved including preparation of presentations, technical oversight, and handling customer inquiries.
• Carried out technical aspects of engineering documentation involving work quotations, RFQ formats, BOQ project specifications and drawings etc.
• Coordinated with different internal departments as well as client’s management to discuss and resolve issues related to inputs, human resources, QA / QC, planning, scheduling, and other inputs.
METALCO is one of the leading door manufacturers in the Middle East, located in second industrial area, Riyadh offering wide array of products ranging from hollow metal doors to fire rated doors, special doors for military sites including blast proof doors, wooden doors & all other kinds of metal work.
Accomplishments:
• Successfully acquired Certificate for “Fire Rating Doors” in the US and BS STD from UL, which greatly improved customers’ confidence in doors offered to them.
• Joined the company as Design Engineer in 2008 and moved up the corporate ladder to merit promotion to the position of Engineering & Estimation Manager
Key Accountabilities:
• Personally responsible and liable to deliver sensitive projects by taking charge of daily operations, guaranteeing successful implementation of company policies, and meeting set project milestones within agreed upon timelines.
• Conducted one-to-one meetings with clients of both private and public sectors to discuss technical matters, pre-empt potential problems, and communicate project deliverables.
• Responsible for preparation of different types of quotes for metal and wood related products to help maximize company’s revenues while working on reducing costs.
• Managed requirements of undergoing projects including human and non-human resources by clearly communicating them to senior management
• Prepared detailed documents involving progress reports, proposals, project requirements, to clearly communicate about dynamics of different projects to all stakeholders involved.
• Developed business for the company by maintaining and improving relationships with customers by fulfilling their needs while successfully tapping into opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products.
Key Accountabilities;
• Oversaw, assigned and supervised shop and fabrication drawings while providing technical assistance whenever required.
• Responsible for procurement of raw materials while keeping production targets, market demand of products, and economies of scale in perspective.
• Kept continuous liaison with craftsmen as well as product staff including marketing staff, design engineers, and production managers to oversee the process of manufacturing
• Managed product’s competitiveness in the market by deciding on factors like styling, fixing costs, fashion, material used, and safety elements.
