My Responsibilities:
>Operate Local plant systems in all modes of operation to ensure safe and reliable plant operation.
>Perform according to operator guidelines in case of normal, abnormal and emergency to ensure safety and operational excellence.
>Conduct a through inspection of all area assigned within responsibilities at designated times to check that equipment is operating properly and standby equipment is fully capable of being operated.
>In responsible areas, note any deficiencies to ensure operations quality is maintained. And also check equipment panel alarm light bulbs to confirm satisfactory operation.
• Follow plant procedure, technical specification requirement, sound operating practices, proper industrial safety, Radiological protection, communications and quality assurance practices to ensure safe and reliable plant operation.
My Responsibilities:
• Operate different systems of plant to ensure safe and reliable plant operation.
• Monitor plant equipment to detect abnormal conditions or adverse trends and communicate the findings to shift supervisor.
• Report on and if applicable, conduct appropriate action to correct deficiencies noted during rounds to ensure compliance with operational requirements.
• Verify equipment deficiencies are field in accordance with the plant Maintenance work control system to ensure deficiencies are properly documented.
• Performed activities of Operation, Maintenance amd Theoretical of Power Plant different systems (Turbine, Condenser,Main feedwater pumps and equipments,Polishing System, Demineralized water treatment and production System, Emergency Diesel Generator system etc) and equipments (Pumps, Compressors, Valves,Filters and Heat Exchangers)
• Theoretical and practical perform all type of pumps ( Centrifugal, Positive displacement< Piston and plunger, vane , Gear, Lobe and Diaphragm>) , Compressor( centrifugal, screw, Lobe and piston) and Valves ( Globe valve, Gate valve, Butterfly valve, Diaphragm valve, check valve N-R-V, Needle valve and pressure relief valve) • Heat Exchanger ( shall and tube, plates) and Turbine ( Reaction turbine, Impulse turbine, Kaplan turbine, Francis turbine) discuss theoretical and perform practical activity) •CNC machine ( Lathe machine, Milling machine, Grinding machine, drilling machine and laser cutting machine) • Heat treatment process theoretical and practical perform of Different materials • Thermodynamics in which discus different process e.g Adiabiatic process, Isothermal, Isobaric etc and Cycle (Rakine cycle , Diesel cycle, carnot cycle and Otto/ Petrol cycle) • Theoretical and practical perform all type of Gear (Super gear, bevel gear, pinion gear and helical gear)
