• Following-up maintenance works for Plant equipment.
• Ensures that all equipment and machinery are operating effectively and efficiently through daily site checkup, scheduling PM programs & generating needed work requests. • Execute all jobs as per daily & weekly plan and close the completed work orders.
• Manage the emergency works in coordination with Mechanical Maintenance Superintendent and the need of plants.
• Distributes mechanics on jobs according to maintenance daily plan in coordination with other sections.
• Prepares all needed materials and spare parts for job execution in the Plants.
• Troubleshoots and analysis failure cases for all equipment’s (including pumps, decanter centrifuges, conveyor belts, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, compactors, crushers, Screens, agitators ..etc.) through reading & explaining the mechanical equipment manufacturers' catalogues and drawing.
• Supervise and plan work procedures, commissioning, check equipment before installation and follow up running and commissioning after installation.
• Documentation of equipment spares, failure history and modifications.
• Prepare TRA for critical works.
• Prepare initial Shut-down plans by exporting on-hold work requests and work orders from ERP system, checking materials and spare parts requirements, performing pre-shutdown maintenance works and prepare schedule contains manpower and other requirements for each job in coordination with superintendent, supervisors and PM Foreman.
