* Managing the overall activities of sales team.
* Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan
* Formulating strategies to reach the potential market * Coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
* Documenting and ensuring timely submission of daily/periodic status reports related to marketing activities & issues
* Availing CRM to follow customers and keeping their information updated
Key Accountabilities:
* Ensure cash / cheques ready with the customers are collected on time by
follow up and co-ordinate with collection drivers.
* Coordinate with accounts department on day-to-day activities such as
cheque deposits, cash deposits with banks
* Provide support in completing paperwork and documentation
Serving customers in a timely manner
* Assisting in the training of new Crew Members
* Working within a team setting to meet sales goals during a shift
