Projects & achievements:
• Developed the IT org-structure and the required outsources for the in-office & Events location support
• Designed & Developed the Jeddah Season new office infrastructure include the security, Ethernet, Internet, IT Devices & Software’s as well the service desk management.
• Designed & Established IT process, SLAs and escalation procedure for internal and external incidents
• Managed and led the Jeddah Season WEB & APPs development.
• Evaluate, Support & monitoring the ticketing project implementation & integrations with various systems.
• Designed and led the Command & Control room project installation & execution in Jeddah Season office as well in the 5 locations dedicated for the events across Jeddah with more than 450 security cameras installed.
• Integrated the Command & Control room with the 5 locations and Amanat Jeddah control room to centralize the monitoring for events security, Traffic & Crowd management.
• Identified & managed the security requirements for communication to provide better control over all events
• Developed and Identified set of KPI’s such as events visitors counter to provide better understanding to the managements & plan accordingly
