- Assist Global HR Director on a daily basis with administrative functions, such as
setting up meetings with various individuals, departments and/or third party companies.
- Data entry.
- Perform administrative duties such as typing memos, taking meeting minutes, faxing,
photocopying and distributing aforementioned to appropriate individuals.
- Maintain HR data, keeping the databases up to date.
- Maintain tracking systems as required.
- Create monthly company HR data reports; monthly and quarterly HR statistics.
- Maintain tracking system for all HR, equipment and industry alerts
- Admin support as required to HR department.
- Research HR topics and/or training opportunities as instructed to do so by the
Global HR Director. - Other duties as required.
