Leading Dammam plant specialists and handling all inbound raw pack materials headed to P&G Nigeria and South Africa plants by communicating with suppliers, updating our daily/weekly reports with the related shipping milestones and uploading them on Oracle Transportation Management system for P&G planners to have full visibility on their orders
Handling the supply chain process for all inbound raw pack materials shipped from suppliers headed to P&G Dammam plant starting by receiving new orders from P&G planners, uploading/updating on SCI and reviewing documents till their delivery at their final destination
Supporting P&G I-trade team by auditing all external logistics suppliers’ payments to ensure proper verification & approval of the invoices ahead of payment and reviewing all organizations’ documents used for custom clearance of P&G export/import shipments to assess their accuracy and eliminate any legal risks
Executing SCI system updates and handling all related tasks for the FCA imported shipments by receiving the weekly schedule from P&G planners then submitting bookings with main carriers (Maersk) and communicating with all suppliers to get their confirmation on the delivery dates and requested shipping documents.
Job’s main role:
Handling SAP related tasks for P&G export operation logistics team by receiving their new orders then reflect their accurate weight load, material availability, loading and delivery dates on the related daily and weekly reports shared across all related parties
Handling the daily communication with the related markets (Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq) control tower operations team and 3PL service providers by managing the full information, tracking, reports and documentation flow of the supply chain processes
Providing customer service and handling LCL “Less than Container Load” shipments from the point of origin including tracking, preparing shipping documents, updating related data on ORACLE to the point of its arrival and informing customers with their arrival at the point of destination.
