goals, probation period review and performance appraisals, HR procedures, HR business excellence - automation of
processes, online satisfaction survey and data analytics, Reward - writing salary review guideline for Mangers,
recognition programs, restructuring programs and retention tasks, Job Description - Manager training on how to
develop job description, JD standardization exercise and implementing JDs pan organization were some of the HR
Programs led during the work experience at CA. Additionally, developed and implemented CA Qatari National
Development Programs for NDs from Qatargas, Qatar Petroleum and RasGas. Deputized HR Department Manager
during absence and business trips.
