Leading the conceptual and basic design for the civil works of the sugar factory including equipment .
Foundations, buildings and factory site utilities, township planning, detail design of the buildings, roads, power system, water treatment plants and water supply system from the initial stage up to the construction stage. The role is also including the definition and executing of the project plan, budget, risk, schedule and quality monitoring and control through the whole project life cycle.

Make close monitoring for the engineering progress through the progress meetings and progress reports submitted by the contractors.
Follow procurement activities of the project to ensure that the project material and equipment are procured according to the client standards and specifications and ensure also that it will be shipped in the required time as per the project base line scheduled.
Make close supervision of all construction activities to ensure that the works are executed according to the approved quality standards, schedule and budget and ensure that all HSE requirements are met.
