• Audit assigned facilities for compliance to Industrial and Quality Management Systems.
• Participates in safety reviews as required. Includes Hazop, What-If, Cause and Effects reviews.
• Assists with the development and implementation of safe operating and emergency procedures, manuals, bulletins and other safety publications
• Imparting Safety training on various subjects of Occupational Health and Safety to employees
of all categories as per company requirements.
• Evaluate HSE Performance against its objective.
• Carrying out periodical audits on various elements of safety and recommending remedial measures.
• Ensured all surveys during drilling operations are correct and delivered to the Directional Driller in site.
• Ensured all logs are delivered to the geologist in site as requested.
• Conduct regular site inspection.
• Inspection of Plants/equipments/Lifting equipment and lifting gears/slings, Fire Fighting appliances
And other Safety equipment, Power driven tools/hand tools.
• Conducting orientation training programmes to new employees.
• Implementation of any safety related procedures or safety awareness campaign. Monitor and enforce HSE requirements of all subcontractors. Monitor and maintain control measures in the use of hazardous materials. Attend Client's periodical HSE Meetings.
• Leads or participates in incident investigations, including near misses, property damage, injuries, occupational illness and spills/loss of containment.
• Communicate with the workforce about any lesson learned from the accident/Near miss.
• Supervision of Fire Fighting drills on board.
• Inspection of Workshop, Worksite, Residential Camp, Maintain HSE Management System at company's level
• To ensure that Monitoring equipment’s are serviced, calibrated and tested as recommended by the Equipment manufactures.
• Convince and conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Accident/Incident and Near Miss investigation and suggesting remedial measures to the
Management..
• Participates in incident control during accidents or emergencies.
• Help ensure effective used of toolbox meeting in achieving zero accident objectives; and participate in root cause analysis and risk assessment sessions.
• Assist in the review of Company QHSE Management System procedures to ensure continuous compliance with the standards for Quality (ISO 9001:2000), Occupational Health and Safety (OHSAS 18001:1999), Environmental (ISO 14001:2004) and Industrial Management Systems.
• Maintain and update registers of Company’s Corrective Action Reports.
• Monitor companywide Safety and Quality Programs and Industrial Management System’s actions plans and other related activities.
• Audit assigned facilities for compliance to Industrial and Quality Management Systems.
• Establishing and maintaining the HSE Management systems of the company at site level.

• Hazard analysis & Risk assessment of site facility & preparation of HSE plan for the same.
