Job description:
1. Formulate tasks from project charters.
2. Conduct & deliver workshops & presentations related to tasks.
3. Works closely with the consultants to ensure project objectives, scope and deliverables are well understood.
4. Assesses the design package on receipt and confirms its acceptance prior to issuing a design review request.
5. Coordinates design reviews, presentations, meetings, workshops and comment closeout resolutions/compliance in coordination with the Core Team, consultant, various RC Departments and 3rd parties.
6. Provides Input to Project Controls and Project management via weekly reports
7. Provides engineering support during bidding stage including but not limited to technical evaluation to bidders, do the required addendums.
8. Coordinates technical responses generated by the Bidders during the bidding phase.
9. Work closely with Construction teams
Achievements:
1- Developed a procedure of consultants offices pre-qualification for the RCJY.
2- Developed a strategic plan for RCJY to adhere to HCIS directives for existing & future industrial & non-industrial facilities
3- Contributed to getting HCIS approval for several existing facilities.
4- Delivered multi-million projects from Design to Construction through bidding phases on time.
5- Enhanced the Electrical load estimation by BUA method using the six sigma methodology.
6- Contributed to developing the master plan for Ras Alkhair Industrial City.
7- Contributed to an initiative for Spending efficiency to save multi-millions SAR in each project for the Royal Commission.
Lead of Electrical Engineers For In-House Design Assignment.

o Following up and manage the progress of Electrical team.
o Coordinate within Electrical engineers, and between other disciplines.
o Following up between the design team & the reviewers.
o Evaluate the project technically.
o Provide the support in construction phase.
Job Description:
- Conducting a technical review (Electrical Discipline) for all RC projects to ensure applied technical requirements are met.
- Providing technical support to construction dept. through reviewing technical submittals, replying to technical quires and others.
- Providing technical support to project dept.
- Providing a clear estimation for electrical loads for different facilities.
