1-Conduct site visit to the shelters, home visit for the IDPs who living in Najaf, with cooperation with Najaf local council & MoDM to find out their necessary required assistant then referral the beneficiaries to the local NGO’s.
2- Conduct coordination visit with local NGO’s, in Najaf in order to referral beneficiaries to these foundation to get their assistance and support which they offer for them also put statistics for all NGO’s in Najaf.
3-With cooperation of protection office write weekly and monthly reports then send it to Baghdad office every week and month.
4-Doing advocacy for the emergency cases, for example the people(beneficiaries) who needs urgent surgical operation or cases which need interfere with local government of Najaf to solve the issues for the IDPs for example the provision of basic services(water, sanitation, electricity).
