• Working with business users to provide high quality end-to-end business analysis, process (re)design and documentation for multiple departments for organisation-wide projects.
• Supporting business transformation activities involving any combination of processes, people or systems.

• Supporting the integration between external vendors and internal systems to allow for the development of fully integrated solutions.
• Supporting IT via facilitation of reviews and walkthroughs to clarify proposed designs.

• Performing the elicitation and analysis of clients’ business and system requirements and translating these requirements into tangible deliverables in line with Agile methodologies.
